By accessing and using the Bloom Services and Trading platform, website, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Bloom Services and Trading LLC provides an AI-powered CRM and business automation platform, including contact management, online booking, payments and invoicing, marketing automation, analytics, and white-label reseller options.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Where significant changes affect your plan, we will provide reasonable notice.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in Omani Rial (OMR) as displayed on our pricing page. All plans can be cancelled at any time, with changes taking effect on your next billing cycle.

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Paid subscriptions begin only after the trial period ends or upon explicit plan selection.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the platform by any third party.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, introduce malicious code, or use the service to send unsolicited communications.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you upload in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Following cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

All platform content, branding, software, and features are the intellectual property of Bloom Services and Trading LLC. White-label resellers are granted a limited licence to rebrand the platform under the terms of their agreement.

Bloom Services and Trading provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
